The 10,000-square-foot villa has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. The spacious home is surrounded by sprawling, manicured lawns. An herb garden, mango tree, orchid tree, lime tree, and breadfruit tree grow in the lush gardens at the Noble House on the Beach. Guests can wander the grounds and play a game of croquet, badminton, or volleyball on the emerald green grass. 

The expansive private beach is the perfect spot to soak up the sun. The villa also offers sea kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear for adventurous guests. You can paddle out to the vibrant, living Holden’s Reef just 100 yards offshore. 

In addition to the beach amenities, the Noble House on the Beach also has a large, private pool. The 35-foot by 55-foot pool reaches up to seven feet in depth. Lounge on the deckchairs by the pool between dips, or swim out to the small island in the middle of the pool to sun yourself. 

The villa’s grandest living space is the 600-square-foot pavilion. The great room is at the heart of the pavilion. This opulent living space has soaring, vaulted ceilings and 56 glass doors that allow natural light to spill inside. The doors open out onto a gorgeous, wraparound veranda. A delicate footbridge arches over a reflecting pool and leads you to the villa’s formal dining room. This ocean-view room also has large glass doors that offer a spectacular view of the Caribbean. 

Guests can indulge in formal meals, but the villa also has options for more casual dining. Sit on the open-air terrace for a breezy breakfast, or take lunch on the outdoor table for a beachside picnic. All meals are cooked to order by the villa’s excellent chef. 

Three of villa’s bedrooms are in the main house. The master bedroom features mahogany doors and a king-size bed. The room opens out onto a private veranda. The room also has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a seven-foot, marble bathtub sunken into the floor. The second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. These rooms also have access to individual, private porches. 

The fourth and fifth bedrooms at the Noble House on the Beach are housed in the pool cottage. One bedroom has a king-size bed, a private, ocean-view patio, and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom, which also serves as a living room, has two twin-size beds. The room also has its own bathroom. These bedrooms and those in the main house are cooled by air-conditioning and have TVs. 

While staying at Noble House on the Beach, guests can enjoy the TVs in the bedrooms and out on the veranda. The villa also has DVD players a VCR, a stereo, a CD player, and iPod docks. The villa has Wi-Fi throughout and two phone lines. A staff including the chef, a butler, a laundress, housekeepers, and gardeners will care for your needs and the property during your visit.
