Sweet Spot on the Beach is a charming beachfront villa set along the beautiful shores of Runaway Bay. Nestled beside a wide stretch of soft sand and surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this elegant 6,000-square-foot home offers a perfect blend of relaxed Caribbean living and modern comfort.

With spacious interiors, a large lawn, and a beautiful beach just steps away, Sweet Spot provides an ideal setting for families and groups seeking a private seaside escape.

Living Spaces

The interiors at Sweet Spot are bright, welcoming, and designed for comfort. French doors open throughout the villa, allowing the refreshing sea breeze and stunning ocean views to flow into the living areas.

Inside, guests will find a comfortable family room/playroom with a Smart TV, board games, and a card table for relaxed evenings indoors. The villa also features a dedicated games room equipped with a pool table, poker table, table tennis, darts, and electronic games, along with a state-of-the-art audio and video entertainment system.

The air-conditioned dining room provides an elegant setting for meals prepared by the villa cook, while the covered verandah offers a breezy outdoor space overlooking the lawn, pool, and sea.

Staff Insight

Sweet Spot is an amazing beachfront villa that really does have it all. We toured this beautiful villa recently, and the location on Runaway Bay couldn’t be more perfect — a huge house right on a wide, sandy beach that goes on for a mile. The lifeguard on the beach is not part of the home, but keeps an eye out. The villa itself is quite large, so there’s plenty of space for everyone. Also, the 1st floor room is mobility friendly, including the shower, which makes this home ideal for multi-generational groups. The lawn is huge and leads directly to the beach. Also, the staff is fantastic — they have a full-time butler, cook, housekeepers, and a gardener who take care of everything. You can even have dinners on the beach! Overall, it’s a perfect spot for families or groups.

We went to Jamaica to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday with twelve family members. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by staff, who were attentive and helped us get acquainted with this gorgeous Villa. We absolutely LOVE this Villa. The owners have done an excellent job decorating it and making it feel like home. The layout of the house is good, one bedroom is downstairs and five are upstairs. All the bedrooms are spacious and uniquely designed with upgraded amenities. Three bedrooms face the ocean with a large shared balcony that also overlooks the pool. The grounds are very large and well maintained. We loved being just a few feet from the ocean!! The pool area is large and is surrounded by covered patios and a hot tub. The staff spoiled us with great food and excellent service. We worked with the cook to plan our daily meals and she didn’t disappoint us! Most of our meals were served on the outside terrace so we could enjoy the great weather. Be sure to try her Jerk Chicken & homemade key lime pie! Our butler was fabulous and made sure our requests were well taken care of. While the staff stayed on property they were not intrusive but always available when we needed them. I highly recommend Sweet Spot and will definitely come back!

I can not say enough about Sweet Spot. I took my 4 children and their significant others for Thanksgiving and we were blown away. The house is perfect (the pictures do not do it justice) and immaculately decorated. The attention to detail was fantastic. Each bedroom decorated differently and each was beautiful in its own way, but the backyard is where it was happening...AMAZING! From the pool, to the hot tub, to the lush lawn with hammocks to the private beach the backyard is literally a second living area within this gorgeous home. While the home is amazing, what sets Sweet Spot apart is the staff who immediately made us feel at home and made an amazing vacation truly the vacation of a lifetime. Danny was there with drinks and snacks before we would even ask for them and Miss Rose's cooking was some of the most delicious food we have ever had. You can tell how much they care about the home and the guests and we left friends. We are already planning our next trip back!

I wanted to again express how much my wife and I enjoyed the Sweet Spot in Jamaica. Everything was outstanding for our 30 year marriage celebration. All the staff (Rose, Danny, Sheryl, Enid, Dennis) did a tremendous job in making our stay very, very pleasant and comfortable. The food prepared by Rose was top notch and we had no complaints. Our rooms were very well kept clean, and of course the Sweet Spot house itself was impressive. The website didn't do it justice. It was extremely nice...

Holiday Reservations: Please note that the holiday (higher) nightly rate will be applicable to the full duration of any reservation that includes said holiday date, regardless of rate period listed.

Damage Deposits: A damage deposit of 10% of the villa rental is due to secure this reservation. A mandatory damage insurance waiver covers the first $2,000 in damages. If the rental requires more than a $2,000 deposit, guest will be required to pay any damage deposit amount that exceeds the $2,000 damage waiver, which is refundable provided no damage occurs.

Tryall Club Reservations: The Accidental Damage Waiver policy and/or security deposit are not due for reservations occurring at the Tryall Club, as a credit card will be collected upon check-in for the security deposit and released after check-out as long as there are no incidents or damages found.
