Tranquillity on the Beach is a private Jamaican villa on Montego Bay. The fully staffed, ocean-view villa rests on stunning, beachfront property. Up to 14 guests can stay at this villa. Discover endless views of the Caribbean Sea during the Jamaican vacation of your dreams.
The 6,300-square-foot Plantation Villa rests on an emerald green lawn that features lush, tropical landscaping. Hibiscus bloom across the property and mango, banana, guava, lime, papaya, and apple trees shade the beautiful home. The villa’s entryway has an indoor waterfall garden that leads to the interior of the seven-bedroom, six-bathroom home.
The lawn gently slopes down to the Plantation Villa’s 100-yard, private beach. Sun yourself on the beach’s sandy shores and swim in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. The villa also has kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear. Paddle out into the sea and explore the vibrant, offshore reef.
Just a few steps up from the beach, guests can swim in the private pool at Plantation Villa. After you’re done relaxing in the crystal clear waters of the pool, you can sit on the expansive pool deck. Recline in lounge chairs beneath the tall, tropical trees or sit directly beneath the sun. The villa also has poolside speakers so you can enjoy music while you sunbathe.
If you’re looking for a little more outdoor activity, you can play tennis on the court shared with the neighboring Serenity on the Beach villa. The tennis court also has a basketball hoop.
Tranquillity on the Beach has another fabulous outdoor living space. The 86-foot veranda is furnished with plush, chic pieces. Sit in the open-air space and enjoy a view of the pool and the Caribbean Sea. The veranda has glass doors that open wide to the villa’s lavish great room.
The villa’s private chef creates a wide variety of delicious dishes in the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a double refrigerator and a six-burner stove. Enjoy traditional Jamaican dishes or Italian and Spanish dishes. Sit down in the formal dining room, or indulge in an al fresco meal at the seaside gazebo.
Four of the villa’s seven bedrooms are in the main house. The master bedroom has a four-poster, king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with an open shower. Luxuriate in the shower’s double rainforest shower heads. Four pairs of elegant French doors open out onto the villa’s furnished veranda. The second master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and bathtub. This room also has access to the veranda. The third bedroom has the option for a king-size bed or two twin-size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a private garden shower outside. A set of French doors lead to the veranda. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room has access to a private patio.
The other three bedrooms at the Plantation Villa are housed in a separate, intimate beach cottage. The beachside cottage has two stories. The living room, complete with a TV, VCR, and sound system, is on the first floor. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a hall bathroom are also on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One room has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a marble tub and walk-in shower. Guests of this room can also step out onto the private, ocean-view balcony. The other bedroom, perfect for children, has twin-size bunk beds.
While you stay at Tranquillity on the Beach, you can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD players, VCRs, and a movie library. The villa’s staff will ensure you entire stay is relaxing. In addition to the chef, the villa is also staffed by a butler, housekeeper, laundress, and two gardeners.
Tranquillity on the Beach is located near the exclusive Tryall Club. As an added amenity, guests of the villa have complimentary membership access to the club. Golf on the beautiful championship course, lounge on the private beach, and attend chic social events, like the manager’s cocktail party.
