Rental guests may opt into resort access once during their stay. The entire household must participate, with a minimum commitment of two consecutive days without interruption.
During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the resort's booking window and chaise lounge policies do not apply.
During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk will open in mid-November to assist with on-property reservations.
During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
Important Resort Notices
Annual Chairman's Club Event
The annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from Monday, November 30 through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and certain amenities will be limited during this period. Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at the resort's discretion. Guests should contact Hualalai Resort directly for the most current information.
Mitsubishi Electric Championship
Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. The event may result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
Beach Tree Pool Closure
The Beach Tree Pool at Hualalai will be temporarily closed September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project.
Guests who purchase access to the Hualalai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualalai's seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the villa.

Important Travel Information
Guests visiting in October 2026 should be aware that the IRONMAN World Championship will take place on Hawai‘i Island, with race day scheduled for October 10, 2026. Significant road closures, traffic delays, detours, and traffic-control measures are expected throughout portions of the Kona and Kohala areas and may affect driving routes and travel times.
Guests are encouraged to plan transportation accordingly.
