Hualalai Resort amenities require a separate daily resort access fee paid directly to the Resort and are not included in the rental rate.

Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without breaks in between.
During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date. During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk will open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
Important Resort Notices
Chairman’s Club Event | November 30–December 5, 2026
Hualalai Resort will host its annual Chairman’s Club Event from Monday, November 30 through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and select amenities will be limited during this period. Resort access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact Hualalai Resort directly for the most current information.
Mitsubishi Electric Championship | January
Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. Temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities may occur during the event.
Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15
The Beach Tree Pool will be temporarily closed for repairs and enhancements from September 8 through November 15. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project.
Guests who purchase access to the Hualalai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy the Resort’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the villa.
IRONMAN World Championship | October 10, 2026
Significant road closures and traffic delays are expected throughout the Kona and Kohala areas during the 2026 IRONMAN World Championship, with race day scheduled for October 10. Detours and traffic-control measures will be in place, and travel routes and drive times may be affected.
