Important Resort Notices
• The annual Chairman’s Club event each December may affect access to select resort amenities. Access is managed directly by Hualālai Resort and is subject to change.• The Mitsubishi Electric Championship each January may also result in temporary modifications to amenity availability.
• During the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026, road closures and traffic delays are expected throughout the Kona and Kohala Coast areas. Guests should plan transportation accordingly.
Extras and Inclusions
- The villa includes central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Guests also have access to beach equipment, including snorkel gear, boogie boards, and towels.
- A mid-stay cleaning is required for reservations of 14 nights or longer. Additional guest accommodations may be available upon request, with applicable fees.

• Please be advised that during the IRONMAN World
Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), there will be significant
road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. These
closures may impact driving routes and travel times during your stay. Detours
and traffic control measures will be in place to accommodate the event. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend planning your
travel accordingly.
• Hualalai Resort Access: Daily resort fees apply for guests who wish to access
Hualalai Resort amenities. These are paid directly to the Resort and are not
included in the rental rate.

the entire household must participate. These fees are paid directly to the
Resort, which operates independently from the property management company and
may adjust rates or policies without notice. After booking, the Resort team
