Chairman’s Club Event | November 30–December 5, 2026
The annual Chairman’s Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai from Monday, November 30, through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to resort facilities and amenities may be limited during this period. Access is managed entirely by Hualālai Resort and is subject to change at its discretion. Guests should contact the resort directly for the latest information.
Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15
The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed for repairs and enhancements from September 8 through November 15. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may use the resort’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chair.
Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027
The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai from January 16 through January 24, 2027. Access to resort facilities and amenities may be limited. All access decisions are managed by Hualālai Resort and may change at its discretion. Please contact the resort directly for event-related details.
IRONMAN World Championship | October 9, 2027
The IRONMAN Race may result in extensive road closures throughout the Kona and Kohala areas on October 9, 2027. Traffic patterns and driving routes may be affected during your stay. Guests are encouraged to plan transportation accordingly and allow additional travel time.

Resort Reservations & Access Policies
- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.
