Important Resort Notices & Seasonal Information
Resort access and amenity availability are managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Resort access is not included in the villa rental rate, and daily fees apply to guests who elect to participate.
Chairman’s Club Event: November 30–December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited during this event. Contact Hualalai Resort directly for current details.
Mitsubishi Golf Tournament: January 16–24, 2027. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited during this event. Contact Hualalai Resort directly for current details.
Beach Tree Pool Closure: September 8–November 15, 2026. The pool will be temporarily closed for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is scheduled to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with a purchased resort amenities package may use Hualalai’s seven other swimming facilities. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chair from the villa.

Resort Reservations & Access Policies
- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.

Additional Travel Information
The IRONMAN World Championship is scheduled for October 9, 2027, and extensive road closures in the Kona and Kohala areas may affect traffic and driving routes. Guests staying during this period are encouraged to plan travel accordingly and check current event traffic advisories before departure.
