Mauna Lani Point D202 enjoys the most coveted view of all the residences on property, as it spans the Signature Hole, dramatic ocean views, and distinctive lava flow features. For those unfamiliar with the world-famous 15th hole at the Mauna Lani Golf Course, it is often dubbed ''the most photographed over-the-ocean golf hole in the world''. Sit on your lanai and gaze out at this beautifully designed hole and watch golfers from around the world conquer the challenging layout.

In addition to the unforgettable views, this two-bedroom residence has plenty of added allure. The living room not only showces the view, but also features a dramatic vaulted cathedral-like ceiling, comfortable wrap-around sectional sofa, and large flat screen TV. Artwork and décor placed throughout the vacation rental reinforce the beauty of the Island of Hawaii. Framed maps of the Big Island, Hawaiian petroglyphs, and imagery of colorful tropical flowers serve as a constant reminder that you are vacationing in paradise.

The modern kitchen features an impressively long granite island perfect for congregating around for morning breakfast, happy hour drinks, or Hawaiian-inspired appetizers. Dine more traditionally at the neighboring glass dining table that can seat up to six guests.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, this two-bedroom residence featuring a unique sleeping den offers comfortable options for up to six guests. The sleeping den just off the living room includes two twin beds and a private sliding door out to the primary lanai. Guests sleeping in this den room will enjoy views out over the ocean and Signature Hole. There is also a work station where you can set up a laptop computer or compose some postcards to mail friends and family back home. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an additional private sliding door out to the primary lanai overlooking the ocean. The ensuite bathroom features a dual vanity and extra-large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two more twin beds, private flat screen TV, and views out over the tropical property grounds. The neighboring bathroom includes a tub shower combination.

Please Note - This complex is undergoing an ongoing pipe replacement project planned through October 2024. Piping in individual residences will be removed and replaced weekdays from 8am to 5pm. Guests may possibly notice repair personnel and equipment while on property, but we do not anticipate major noise disturbances because we will be moving guests into residences that are not neighboring the current residences being worked on.
