The expansive common area includes a large kitchen outfitted with several stainless steel appliances and a large countertop with barstools for any chef to feel fully comfortable in their culinary element while entertaining guests. Overlooking the kitchen is the dining table with seating fit for 8, as well as the living area with a plush couch and flatscreen television. Flowing seamlessly from the common area through the open face doors is the large covered lanai (porch) with a variety of chaise lounge chairs and tables overlooking the lush flora on the lawn as well as the ocean beyond. The Primary bedroom comes with a comfy King bed, private balcony overlooking stunning ocean views, a ceiling fan, couch, and the large private Primary ensuite with dual vanities, large soaking tub, access to the balcony, and a standing shower, all adorned in chic white marble tiling. The Guest bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 Twin beds with King conversion, a ceiling fan, couch, ocean and garden views, access to the outer lanai, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 3 comes with a Queen bed, a couch, ceiling fan, ocean and garden views, access to the outer lanai, and a private ensuite with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, bonus room with table and sofa that doubles as an extra bed for 2 additional guests, and views of the pool, as well as private ensuite with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 5 is furnished with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, loveseat, desk area, views of the pool, and an ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.
