- Monthly Rental Only: Lanikai Ola Nani is available exclusively as a monthly rental, with a fixed 30-day rate and no prorating.
- One Booking Party: Only one booking party is permitted per 30-day rental period.
- Utility Deposit: A $300 utility deposit is required and includes a $150 electricity allowance. Electricity usage above the allowance is deducted from the deposit, with any remaining balance refunded.
- Single-Level Living: The entire home is located on one level.
- Parking: Free on-site parking is available for two cars. A car is recommended for exploring the island.
- Exterior Surveillance: Security cameras are in use on the exterior of the property.
- Renovation: The interior was renovated between 2021 and 2022.
