With this property, you will find a full kitchen with updated appliances, flat screen TV, and an outdoor dining set for enjoying the golfers going by. The first floor bedroom includes a queen sized bed and private lanai, while the loft upstairs has two twin beds. The primary suite comes with a King-sized bed and sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. The attached ensuite ensures you have all that need contained in one space.
As part of the Kuilima Estates West amenities, you will have access to the Kuilima West complex which includes 3 pools, a shared BBQ grill and tennis courts. Turtle Bay Stables, just minutes away, offers trail rides on horseback or book surf lessons and helicopter tour at the resort activity desk just inside the hotel lobby.
During your stay, one off street, designated parking space is included and you will have access to one guest spot as well.
Please be advised that you are staying in the country, close to the ocean. Ants, chickens, peacocks, geckos, termites, cockroaches and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat for pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon.
