THE VILLA
The house is governed by a mesmerizing white in every nook, from the dining room with its enchantment to the garden, guided by wooden doors. The large gallery with the alfresco dining leads you to a palapa next to a large swimming pool where you can welcome your friends for a BBQ with other delicious dishes you can prepare on the fully equipped professional kitchen.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
