  • Holiday Reservations: Please note that the holiday (higher) nightly rate will be applicable to the full duration of any reservation that includes said holiday date, regardless of rate period listed.

  • Damage Deposits: A damage deposit of 10% of the villa rental is due to secure this reservation. A mandatory damage insurance waiver covers the first $2,000 in damages. If the rental requires more than a $2,000 deposit, guest will be required to pay any damage deposit amount that exceeds the $2,000 damage waiver, which is refundable provided no damage occurs.
  • Tryall Club Reservations: The Accidental Damage Waiver policy and/or security deposit are not due for reservations occurring at the Tryall Club, as a credit card will be collected upon check-in for the security deposit and released after check-out as long as there are no incidents or damages found.

The Coach House, situated in the heart of the beautiful 18th-century historic Good Hope Estate, is a country villa with 9 contemporary bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, air conditioning & en-suite bathrooms. Recently renovated with stylish new interiors and the addition of a 50-foot infinity edge pool & an open-air dining terrace. Good Hope’s private beach house (25-minute drive away) has a 110-foot white sand beach and calm waters for swimming.

Good Hope Estate is about two thousand acres in size and is in the parish of Trelawny, Jamaica.  This property sits in a wonderful valley, which is surrounded by the green hills of the cockpit country. The Martha Brae River flows straight through the entire Good Hope land.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house just before the holidays. I almost didn't write this review since I am nervous about too many other people finding out about it since we absolutely plan to return. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (age 2 - 5). We all had a wonderful time! House is beautiful. Pool is awesome (it's saltwater, which is so much nicer than chlorine!) AC units in bedrooms worked great. Big TV in living room and you can sign into your Netflix or Amazon account. The private beach is amazing! Bigga (Tony) was the nicest host and there's a great building on the beach with a bathroom, lounge area, etc. We felt so spoiled!!! But what really makes the house special is its unbelievable staff. I wish they could have come home with us! Bev is so warm and thoughtful!!! They have the sweetest staff and so helpful and kind - the kids loved him. The chef is the BEST cook ever - don't miss her jerk chicken, grilled lobster tails, grilled fish, coconut rice with pigeon peas, ackee & saltfish, homemade plantain chips & salsa... basically everything she makes you will LOVE. And she was incredibly thoughtful and careful with one of the children who has a severe dairy allergy -- she always made sure he had delicious food that was safe to eat. She also satisfied our children's "unique" palates (not easy - they are the pickiest bunch of toddlers you've ever met!). The owner is a gracious host and patiently answered all of my endless questions leading up to the trip. She is so on top of everything! Anyway, all of this is to say that we will absolutely be returning to the Coach House at Good Hope in the future! Do yourself a favor and stay there too :)

Thank you for arranging the transportation from Coach House to the beach. We went every day and it was a relief knowing we had reliable and helpful service. Errol was our driver. He was very pleasant, energetic, knowledgeable, and all-around great driver. I would highly recommend him to drive the van - he was a great representative for your company. We got an opportunity to speak with the owner of Good Hope - that was a real treat! He took us on a long tour of the property and hearing the history of the plantation was fabulous and enjoyable. Eating oranges I picked off the trees as we walked was delicious as well. This felt like a real privilege to spend time with him. The food was very good; they took good care of us and we had no food allergy issues. Every meal was served buffet style . Our girls (17, 16, 15, 15) had a great time at Chukka. It was obviously very convenient. We received a discount and were able to use the ticket over several days The beach front was absolutely spectacular. We had lunch there every day, swam out to the reef for snorkeling, and I enjoyed some fishing. The house there was nice! Having facilities next to where you are beaching is wonderful.
