Bright and light, on the upper entry level is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom while on the lower level is a sitting room that opens to a private terrace with gorgeous views and to the rear, open-plan to a well-fitted kitchen.
The spacious upper level bedroom with mahogany four poster bed enjoys a French balcony with those amazing views. The en suite bathroom is smartly fitted with travertine and high quality hardware. It has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate travertine lined walk-in shower.
Downstairs is the sitting room, kitchen and a second bathroom with shower. Outside is a spacious terrace, again with those wonderful views and perfect for al fresco dining.
Daily housekeeper and laundry service is provided. Breakfast can be delivered to the villa or the housekeeper will prepare breakfast for you – whichever you prefer. Lunch and dinner are available at the Beach Restaurant and an in-villa dining service is available from the restaurant dinner menu.
There is an on-property shuttle service to and from the beach and golf carts can be rented by the day or by the week.
Temporary Tryall Membership Dues
All villa guests are required to register for a Temporary Membership during their stay. Current rates are US$170 per person (16+) per week, or US$34 per person per day for stays under 7 days (plus 15% service charge). Children 13–15 receive a 50% discount; children 12 and under are complimentary. Fees are payable directly to the Club upon arrival.
Staff Gratuity in Jamaica
All inclusive staffing in Jamaica enhances the value of a fully serviced villa stay by ensuring exceptional, personalized service while simplifying the guest experience. Villa staff, including a trained chef, cater to your unique needs and preferences during your stay. It is customary that guests in Jamaica remit staff gratuity for their villa stay. Recommended gratuity ranges from 10% of the total nightly rents (exclusive of taxes and fees) during the high season (December to April) to 15% during the low season, ensuring fair compensation for the highly skilled staff. Gratuity can be paid in US or Jamaican dollars.
