Holiday Reservations: Please note that the holiday (higher) nightly rate will be applicable to the full duration of any reservation that includes said holiday date, regardless of rate period listed.

Damage Deposits: A damage deposit of 10% of the villa rental is due to secure this reservation. A mandatory damage insurance waiver covers the first $2,000 in damages. If the rental requires more than a $2,000 deposit, guest will be required to pay any damage deposit amount that exceeds the $2,000 damage waiver, which is refundable provided no damage occurs.

Tryall Club Reservations: The Accidental Damage Waiver policy and/or security deposit are not due for reservations occurring at the Tryall Club, as a credit card will be collected upon check-in for the security deposit and released after check-out as long as there are no incidents or damages found.

This 3-bedroom casual cottage shares a delightful waterfront site with its neighboring Villa, on the clear waters of Discovery Bay. Linga-Awile sits on a lovely, long, large lawn. Beyond the lawn and swimming pool is its sugary white sand beach with two thatched roof umbrellas for shade.

Interiors have been designed for put-your-feet-up comfort. The feeling is an at-home, informal, easy lifestyle.

Meals are served inside, on an open-air patio or on picnic tables at the beach. The cook will plan torchlight beach parties with chicken, chops, steaks, lobster or fresh fish served sizzling from the outdoor grill. Linga Awile has its own pool, outdoor barbecue grill and seaside rinse-off shower.

Kayaks are complimentary. Other water toys include a swim-up deck and floating bar. More water sports are available just a few minutes’ drive away. In lively Ocho Rios 30 minutes from Linga Awile are night life, excellent restaurants, shops, open-air craft markets, clubs where guests may purchase day passes, more water sports, Prospect Plantation Great House, rafting on the Martha Brae, jitney tours of a working plantation, dramatic Dunn’s River Falls, and Dolphin Cove where guests may swim with the dolphins (reservations required).

We had an AMAZING time. The house was the perfect blend of comfort and 'authentic.' We loved the open-air living and dining areas and then retreating to our A/C bedrooms at night. The staff was so fun and delightful and we really enjoyed getting to know them. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip -- from the planning services Exceptional Villas provided to the accommodations, food, and personalities of the villa team. We loved the house and our experience there that we barely left. Thank you SO much.

The staff keep the place spotless clean, and there is ample room to spread out. The delightful cook helped us to establish our grocery budget. I recommend taking advice and joining your cook at the supermarket for your initial grocery stock so that she knows what you like, how much you intend to eat, and spend. The cove is very small and private, the small pool clean and adequate, and the complementary kayaks handy. Discovery Bay is pleasantly undeveloped and not at all like the ubiquitous 4-star all-inclusive hotel destinations. You will be in close contact with the local community which is a pleasure as you are perpetually greeted with broad welcoming smiles.
