Additionally, a mere two-minute golf cart ride or shuttle journey leads to the pristine beach and championship golf course.
Skyline is spread across two levels. On the main level, you will find a tastefully decorated living room featuring a modern kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an island that is perfect for meal preparation and entertainment. The spacious layout encompasses a cozy sitting area, dining space, a loft for lounging, and a full bathroom for added convenience. Open the glass doors in the sitting area to revel in the expansive views and step onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air that invites guests to soak in the breathtaking views.
On the lower level, ascend the gracious, wide staircase to reach the primary bedroom, where a sumptuous king-size bed awaits. The expansive en suite bathroom offers a luxurious experience with his and her bathroom design, a walk-in rain shower, and a modern toilet. There is also a media room that is both fitting for entertainment and peaceful relaxation.
A full-service housekeeper provides housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast service, with dinner preparation available at an extra cost. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at the Beach Grill or Ooshan Bar & Restaurant | The Tryall Club.
The Tryall Club Experience
Guests of this villa enjoy access to the prestigious Tryall Club, set across 2,200 acres of beautifully landscaped hillside and beachfront. Amenities include the renowned 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts (day and night play), private beach club, fitness center, jogging trails, Kids Club, and complimentary non-motorized watersports such as snorkeling, kayaking, and sailing. Guests also enjoy afternoon tea at the Great House and weekly social events including the Manager’s Cocktail Party.

Temporary Tryall Membership Dues
All villa guests are required to register for a Temporary Membership during their stay. Current rates are US$170 per person (16+) per week, or US$34 per person per day for stays under 7 days (plus 15% service charge). Children 13–15 receive a 50% discount; children 12 and under are complimentary. Fees are payable directly to the Club upon arrival.
