The newly built Villa Gypsea (GYP) ticks all the St. Barth boxes. Villa Gypsea is centered on an open-plan living area and kitchen, which has dining tables both indoors and out. Inside, there are high vaulted ceilings, a breakfast bar, and a large smart TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows on either side of the living area—one of the sides facing the sea and the other one overlooking the green garden—can be fully opened to let the Caribbean breezes waft through. Alternatively, it can be fully air-conditioned.

On the terrace, there are a variety of spaces for gathering or relaxing alone, including the dining area, a collection of chaise lounges, and a gazebo. The heated infinity pool overlooks the ocean.

The bedrooms are well separated from one another, and each one has an ensuite bathroom, king-size bed, and television. Two of the bedrooms are located on either side of the living space, both facing the pool and the view. A third bedroom is in the back, facing the garden, and like the first two, it can be accessed from inside the villa.

The fourth bedroom occupies its own bungalow a few steps above the main spaces. It has a kitchenette, private living space, a heated plunge pool, and a separate entrance via a path through the garden. This bedroom is very convenient and private from the rest of the house.

Downstairs from the pool, there is also a massage room. The concierge can organize for therapists or other wellness professionals to come to the villa, along with an array of other services.
