An unusual feature of the terrace is a television hidden in the floor, which can be elevated when you want to watch something or concealed so that you don’t notice it at all.

One of the bedrooms is to the right side of the living room, and the other two are to the left but they do not connect. All have full walls of glass, access to the terrace, ocean views, and ensuite bathrooms with a lot of natural light. The fourth bedroom is situated downstairs.

The parking is one level down and can be reached via interior or exterior stairs. Along with the outdoor parking area, there is an indoor parking garage, which doubles as a game room, with a ping pong table, table football, and pool table.

Rounding out Villa Loukoko is a small garden hideaway up a few stairs from the main level. It has a nice view and is ideal for yoga or meditation.
