After a thorough renovation in 2022, Villa Voyage (VYE) emerged as a virtually new, ultra-modern vacation home in the hills of Colombier. The luxury rental property has a fantastic view of the nearby green hills, the ocean, neighboring islands, and the yachts in Gustavia harbor. With its very large, multi-use terrace, it is an especially fine place to enjoy the sunset every day and the fireworks during the festive season.

Villa Voyage is positioned just five minutes from beaches, boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife in Gustavia, as well as the airport. At the same time, its location in a private subdivision away from the road offers peace and quiet.

On the upper floor, the open-plan kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar. Both areas are air-conditioned and benefit from large picture windows that maximize the panoramic view. The living room has an 85-inch television, and there is fiber optic internet throughout.

The indoor spaces open onto a large, partially covered terrace with a dining table for 12 guests, a lounge, and a relaxation area. Plane spotters will enjoy watching small aircraft as they make their way toward the famous St. Barth landing.

The master bedroom and one of the additional bedrooms are on this same level, with excellent views and direct access to the terrace. Two more bedrooms are on the lower level, which has a terrace of its own, as well as the villa’s fluorescent mosaic swimming pool—which is superbly illuminated at night—foosball table, ping-pong table, and ultra-modern, six-person hot tub.

The fifth bedroom occupies a semi-independent bungalow with a kitchenette and terrace with spectacular views and direct access to the parking area. This makes Villa Voyage a good choice for a variety of groups. including families with children and couples who enjoy togetherness as well as privacy and intimacy.

Each of the bedrooms features a broad range of modern comforts including headboards with sophisticated lighting, smart TVs, studies, large closets, and ensuite bathrooms with twin sinks and showers. The downstairs bedrooms can be configured with one king bed or two twin beds, which is another advantage for families with children.

Villa Voyage can also be rented together with Villa Ti Voyage (TIV) for a total of seven bedrooms.
