This home was built as a retreat center and is the largest home* on the Big Island. With such a unique experience comes a responsibility to respect the land, home, and neighborhood. We love our community and the atmosphere we have cultivated for this home. Quiet Hours start outside the home past 9:30 PM (feel free to go snuggle up with some popcorn in the 16-seater movie room!).
The house has 5 permitted bedrooms, with 2 other spacious flex room that adds two sleeping areas. The flex rooms are depicted in our photos as Bedroom 6 with a king bed and Bedroom 7 with 3 double beds.
The pool, pickleball court, and lanai close at 10 PM each night for your safety and to observe quiet hours.

There is a private gated entry and long driveway leading to the home. Plenty of parking in driveway directly in front of home.
Other things to note
We're in the desirable "comfort zone" elevation, where it always 10 degrees cooler than shore and stays at a constant 70-80 degrees year-round! One of the rooms has a split type ductless air conditioning system. You will enjoy comfortable sleeping temperatures. There are ceiling fans and portable fans in each room.
There are four sets of washers and dryers in the house. Plenty for all your needs! Private, gated parking on premises. A five burner barbecue and large deck for suntanning!
One of the traveler favorites here at the mansion is star-gazing. On cloudless nights, the stars are absolutely incredible to watch here on the farm... I've never gone more than 10 minutes without seeing a shooting star!
Lastly, it is important to note that if noise ordinance rules are not adhered to, guests will forfeit the remaining nights of your stay with no reimbursement.
