Hale Anu Keanu offers 2,400 square feet of elegant island living that comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Its open floor plan includes an expansive living area with high ceilings and plenty of welcoming seating, where the whole group can gather. A large formal dining area, a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, four beautiful bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bath ensure total comfort during your stay. The home has two primary bedrooms and bathrooms, one on each floor. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed with beautiful mountain and garden views. The downstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with lovely garden views as well. The downstairs also features two more bedrooms, a queen and a twin, that share a spacious bathroom. Air conditioning has been installed throughout the house.
Outside at Hale Anu Keanu, guests will find four spacious lanais with lounge seating, inviting you to relax with your morning coffee, dive into a good book, or take an afternoon nap. Our group had a great stay on the north side of Kauai. The house was as described and shown in the pictures. The backyard is really beautiful with views of waterfalls in the distant mountains. Peaceful and relaxing base for exploring the north shore! Mahalo!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was the perfect place for our larger group trip and allowed for so many fun nights of celebration around the dinner table, on the front porch overlooking the beautiful scenery, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. After our tiresome days of adventuring the island, it always felt like home coming back here!

Located in a tropical and lush neighborhood and walkable to golf course and weekend Farmers Market, the home was perfectly spacious for our family of four (two adults, two teens). Along with AC, all rooms had ceiling fans (which we used, never needed AC). Beautiful backyard with comfortable seating to have your morning coffee as well as a private hot tub. Hosts left us a basket of delicious goodies and a binder full of information about the house as well as favorite beaches and restaurants. Location is a 5 minute drive to "downtown" Princeville and a 10 minute drive to Hanalei beach, shops and Farmers Market. Bonus: closet in the garage has an array of beach essentials including chairs, boogie boards, surf boards and umbrellas. Beach towels are left inside. Morning perk: roosters in the yard. Our group truly enjoyed our stay at the tropical garden getaway. Gather was communicative and responsive, before arrival and throughout the stay. They made the whole process so easy, we had no questions. The house has ac in almost every room as well as fans. The house is pretty well stocked - kitchen, extra towels, tons of beach equipment. The Princeville area is my favorite neighborhood to stay in, and we found a gem this time. It really is a tropical garden...house is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Be sure to step out on to the lanai and take it all in. OH, and please do yourself a favor and step out at night and look up at the stars. You won't be sorry. If you're looking for a house for you and your friends, or your family, this house will not disappoint.

Better than the photos! We were thrilled from the moment we walked in the door. Not only is the house well decorated and spacious but it is ripe with accommodations from beach supplies to bikes and more. The kitchen was a joy to cook in (we have a chef in our group), the backyard is secluded and fantastic for relaxing and doing yoga, the hot tub actually WORKS and was easy to slide the cover on and off. The landscaping is well maintained and has a variety of tropical plant species. This was my first time staying on the north side of Kauai. The value and experience that this home provides is hard to beat. If you're looking for a quiet, safe, peaceful trip where you leave all your worries at home this is the spot. Our group has stayed at several rentals in the past and this one now has a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much for providing a well managed property and experience! Our group really has no complaints or issues that detract from the 5 star rating. My only suggestions for improvement would be 2 things: 1) Source for drinking water, we bought a Brita filter from costco but couldn't fit it in the fridge with all of our other groceries, I think the experience could be improved with a 3-5 gallon water cooler somewhere in the kitchen/common area since the fridge doesn't have a water dispenser. 2) Better wifi router. perhaps this is intentional to keep people from being too connected to their devices during their stay, but I really would have liked to be able to work from the lanai in the back. The wifi just barely reaches anywhere outside of the living room. Too slow to upload or download anything away from that area.
