Good to Know
- The property is currently offered for sale. During your stay, the property management team may coordinate occasional showings at a mutually convenient time.
- Split-system air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The living rooms and dining areas rely on refreshing trade winds and ceiling fans and do not feature air conditioning.
- Pool heating is not included in the nightly rental rate and, when available, may be requested for an additional daily fee. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival.
- The garages are not available for vehicle parking. Guests have access to the recreational equipment stored inside, while driveway parking is provided.
- Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of both homes for security purposes only.
- Reservations of 10 nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Stays of 21 nights or more require two mid-stay cleanings. These fees are separate from the departure cleaning fee and will be coordinated by our guest services team.
- Seasonal gnats may occasionally be present during the winter months as part of Kauaʻi's natural tropical environment. Guests are encouraged to keep doors and windows closed whenever possible and ensure window screens remain securely in place.
