Good to Know
A pavement sealing project is scheduled within the Nihilani community beginning September 14, 2026, and is expected to continue for approximately four to six weeks, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking and driving disruptions during this period.
A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more. Stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These fees are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking, and the customer support team will coordinate scheduling and apply the applicable charges.
Seasonal gnats may naturally be present during the winter months in Hawaiʻi’s lush landscapes. Guests are encouraged to keep doors closed and use screens whenever possible.
