- Reservations of 10 nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Stays of 21 nights or more require two mid-stay cleanings. These fees are separate from the departure cleaning fee and will be coordinated by our guest services team.
- Seasonal gnats may occasionally be present during the winter months, as they are a natural part of Kauaʻi's tropical environment. Guests are encouraged to keep doors and windows closed whenever possible and ensure window screens remain securely in place.
