- The private swimming pool is not heated.
- Air conditioning is provided in the primary bedroom, living room, dining room, and pool den. The guest bedroom and bunk bedroom are naturally ventilated and do not feature air conditioning.
- Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for security purposes only.
- Reservations of 10 nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Stays of 21 nights or more require two mid-stay cleanings. These fees are separate from the departure cleaning fee and will be coordinated by our guest services team.
- Seasonal gnats may occasionally be present during the winter months as part of Kauaʻi's natural tropical environment.
