Good to Know
- Pool heating is not included in the nightly rental rate and is available upon request for an additional daily fee. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
- Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The main living and dining areas are naturally ventilated and do not feature air conditioning.
- Driveway parking is available for guests. The garage is not accessible.
- Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for security purposes only.
- Reservations of 10 nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Stays of 21 nights or more require two mid-stay cleanings. These fees are separate from the departure cleaning fee and will be coordinated by our guest services team.
- Seasonal gnats may occasionally be present during the winter months as part of Kauaʻi's natural tropical environment.
