Important Information
To ensure a comfortable and seamless stay, please note the following property details:
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Reservations of 10 nights or more require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking and will be coordinated by the customer support team.
- Pool Heating: Pool heat is not included and is available by request only for an additional daily charge. Requests must be made at least two weeks before arrival.
- Air Conditioning: AC is available in the bedrooms only. The living and dining areas do not have AC.
- Parking & Garage: The garage is not available to guests. Parking is provided in the driveway.
- Exterior Surveillance: Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property.
- Seasonal Gnats: Gnats may naturally appear more frequently during the winter months in Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment. Keeping doors and windows closed and securing screens can help minimize their presence.
