The main house upstairs provides access to Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, as well as the upstairs living areas.

The upstairs studio, located above the garage and accessible only by stairs, features a king bed, a kitchenette, a 150-inch screen and projector, access to the rooftop deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Primary) overlooks the pool and includes a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs Zen) features a California king bed, a 150-inch screen and projector, and a bathroom just outside the room with a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom 4 (Upstairs Nursery), ideal for families, is furnished with a king bed and a toddler bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The downstairs bedroom (Downstairs Primary) includes a California king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
