LOCATION – Located just off Main Street, this property is within walking distance to the gondola, to give you immediate access to Peak 8 as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year.

AMENITIES – The upper level of the property is host to the master king suite with plenty of privacy in an area all its own. On the lower level you will find the bunk bedroom with a private bath. The main level area encompasses the living area, dining area, and kitchen featuring in-floor heating, vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings accented by gorgeous tile flooring. In addition, guests will love the in-floor heating and Sonos audio system found throughout the property. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a five-burner gas range with griddle, ideal for a family breakfast before heading out to the mountain for the day. Nights in will be enjoyed by the fire or stepping onto the patio for a soak in the private hot tub.

All properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.

    My family of 5 loved the layout and location of the house. Upstairs master and lower level bunk room gave us all the space we needed during our trip. Main floor was spacious enough to gather in. The décor was fresh and modern. I could have moved in and not changed a thing. The location is perfect being a few steps off of Main Street and across from the gondola. Daylight Donuts being right across the street was a hit with my family!

    Clearly the property was reently updates- felt new and clean all throughout. Lots of space for our family of 4. I was nervous having 2 young kids sleep 2 floors away from the parents but it worked out fine. The kids were excited to sleep in bunk beds but they ended up just sleeping on the bottom mattress together (a queen- plenty big-) but the upper bunk mattress was so thick there wasn't much room to prevent them from rolling off so we didn't let them sleep up there. We walked 2 minutes to the gondola from this house and were so excited that we could walk to Main Street so easily. We cooked a lot of meals at home because it was so nice there and convenient to come home between activities. Total winner!!

    Neighbors were super friendly. Someone should probably take a look at

    There was plenty of space for my family of 4. Everything was clean and
    the management team responded very promptly when needed. The only
    thing I would suggest, is having some more kitchen cooking essentials

    This is a very nice townhouse close to everything. It cannot be
    overstated how exception it is to just be able to walk to the gondola
    for skiing all day and to restaurants for dining in the evening! The
    hot tub is also a huge perk. Radiant heat from the floors is

    The rental was great. Clean inside. Would love to stay again. Awesome
    location. Right at downtown and 1 block away from the bus station and
    Gondola. Made getting to the mountain so easy!

    The hot tub needs a little work, rust stains and a little gritty but
    not too bad at all.

    My only complaint would be the lack of a place to store luggage. Its a
    late check-in(4pm) and an early check-out(10am). We were stuck with
    luggage for 4 hrs while we waited for the shuttle. The company did
    offer to let us put luggage in their office in.....Frisco. So that was
    not much help. So unless you figure something out for your luggage
    don't show up early or try and stay in town later.

    Place worked out perfectly for us, especially for spring skiing since
    it's close to gondola and right on Main St. We enjoyed the hot tub.
    The unit has good separation between upstairs & downstairs bedrooms.
    The table in kitchen is too big & ugly and the attempt to add metal
    with the furnishings doesn't work (imho). Bedding, pillows and
    mattresses, etc were all nice and comfy. Great communication with
    property management; it was very clean and the overall rental
    experience was perfect. Thank you for a well run rental.
