    The condo was very clean and had been thoughtfully stocked with a variety of items useful for guests. We really enjoyed our stay, and you can't beat the location being within walking distance Main Street.

  • We absolutely loved staying at this condo!! The place is beautiful and stocked with everything you would ever need. We loved having 3 full baths, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with cute dishes, plenty of cups and every kitchen item I needed. The heater works well, make sure you do not turn up above 68 at night or upstairs will be very hot. Fireplace was very nice and you don't have to deal with wood and ash. Location was nice and heated garage a plus! Our only complaint was that the hot tub and sauna were not hot when we wanted to use them. The sauna takes a while to heat and the time we were going to use the hot tub, they had done a water change so it was very cold. We will definitely stay here again!

    Location was ideal for getting to Quick Silver lift. Hot tub and steam
    room was disgusting and cold, never saw people using it because of
    this. Kitchen well supplied, great family lay out. I'm unsure if the
    thermostats worked of if the temp was controlled by other means. We
    had to turn the heat off every night as the downstairs rooms would be
    100degrees, but the upstairs master had no heat the whole time. Quiet
    setting, fun game room that was underused but lucky for us!! Great
    space for 7 people.

    I stayed at the property in February 2023. I will first give a brief
    summary of my stay and then add a few other comments for those who
    want to read further.

    This is a nicely furnished unit and overall we were happy. The
    bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is nice although a little small and
    all of the cabinets are full of dishes so there's nowhere to put
    groceries. I liked that they provided many different pillows in the
    main bedroom so you can find one you like. there's a heated one-car
    garage where you can leave your equipment and the property has a
    shared hot tub and some other amenities (more on this below)

    From a location standpoint, you can definitely walk to quicksilver
    lift in a little more than 5 minutes, and there are lots of
    restaurants and bars within walking distance. More on this below...
    The management company was pretty good but it depends on who you are
    talking to. More on that below...

    Here's more detail:
    Location: If you aren't familiar with Breckenridge it's good to know
    that the closest lift to this unit usually has the longest lift lines.
    While this lift is walking distance, I don't think I would want to be
    any further than this place so it's on the edge of walkable. There are
    three buses that go right past this unit, and two of those will take
    you to beaver run and all three can take you to the gondola for peak 7
    and 8 access. We used the buses a lot and did not have a car while we
    were here for a month, and we got by just fine.

    Building amenities: the hot tub is a short walk down the hall and we
    used it several times. This is the only shared hot tub for the whole
    condo complex. There is a fitness center in the building across the
    parting lot which is pretty sad and I never saw anyone use it. There
    is a steam room that is also never used.
    The property manager gets 4 stars. Overall they were nice, but one
    time I interacted with a very unhelpful person who only knew the
    answer "no". Unfor
