AMENITIES – With three bedrooms and spacious main level living, kitchen and dining spaces, the newly built townhome features a mountain traditional design paired with alpine vistas and outstanding amenities. The main level encompasses the main living, dining and kitchen where guests can enjoy the sophisticated ambiance while dining and relaxing together when a big day of the mountain is over. The gourmet kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite slab countertops. The outdoor patio area features a gas fire pit with a seating area and a hot tub.
All properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

United States - Stayed in 2023This place was the perfect spot for our family! We were able to ski
Breck twice, Keystone twice and Vail once! It was easy to get
everywhere. The home itself was beautiful and perfectly appointed! If
I had to say one negative thing it would be that the mattresses on the
bunk bed were basically just springs. Pretty much unsleep-able. The
rest of the beds were extremely comfortable!!
Rochester, MN, US - Stayed in 2023This was a wonderful property and great location. The townhome was
perfect for our stay that included our daughter and her family. We
were close to downtown Breckenridge and many hiking trails. The home
is beautiful and very well furnished - love the Viking appliances! We
were fortunate to have awesome weather everyday. The rental personnel
were great to work with and provided us with all the necessary info to
facilitate a comfortable stay. We will definitely come again!

and a quiet area! Home was just as it is in pictures. We saw mule deer
and moose from our back patio. House was very clean and orderly and
very well stocked with everything we needed! Property management was
very helpful with any questions and the location is a convenient
distance to town. We will definitely be booking here on our next trip

Everything in the description is accurate and possibly understated.
High end appliances were a nice touch and the location was simply
fantastic. The sound of the river could be heard from the patio and
even inside the house. I would highly recommend this rental and it
will meet all your needs and expectations.

the home itself was beautiful, spacious and well appointed, what made
it so special was being next to the river and community walking path.
We were on this multiple times a day taking in the views, talking with
neighbors, and tossing rocks into the river. 10/10 would stay again!

The home itself was spotless and as beautiful as depicted in the
pictures. The back patio was fabulous..we used the hot tub everyday
and the beauty and sound of the river in the back was amazing! The
location was perfect- right off the bike path that runs from Breck to
Frisco..close to many hikes (don't miss McCullough Gulch- parking for
shuttle is at airport lot 5 min away) and downtown Breck was minutes
away. We biked down from Vail Pass, had lunch in Frisco then biked
back to Breck- with the fall color and amazing views, we highly
recommend! One thing that stood out to us was the communication the
property mgt co displayed before and throughout our stay. A couple
minor issues were immediately addressed/resolved and their clear
advance instructions/information and simple check in was much
appreciated. We highly recommend this property and hope to enjoy it
