The Breckenridge Nordic Center, with numerous groomed cross country and snowshoeing ski trails is an easy walk.

Earlier this year, I spent several days at the house located at 103 Christie Lane in Breckenridge, Colorado, to celebate my brother's 60th birthday. It is a clean, spacious, well equipped modern house perfectly outfitted for entertainment and a fun time. I features a large kitchen, a separate dining area, and a huge sunken living room.

The house sits on Ski Hill (to Peak 8) and has a spectacular view of Bald Mountain, Red Mountain, and the ski slopes. The ski slopes are just a short bus ride away, and there is snowshoeing along the peaks trail pretty much outside the front door. It is about a 15 minute walk to town

For groups, the house can accommodate up to 13 guests.

I very much enjoyed my stay there, and would highly recommend this property to anyone for their ski or hiking vacation.
This house is indeed one of a kind. I love the uniquely modern interior, so spacious, especially the master bedroom. The setting allows a fantastic view of the town of Breckenridge, especially beautiful at night with all the lights twinkling. I loved the gentle walk right down to the center of Breckenridge. The pool table made for fun evenings too. Staying in this house was a dream come true, making for the perfect vacation. I can't wait to go back!!

Staying in Breckenridge is always wonderful and what makes it even better this time was staying at 103 Christie Lane. Very comfortable floor plan in a convenient location and panoramic views. Plenty of room for entertaining especially the kitchen with two dishwashers, island and bar area.

A very spacious mountain contemporary style home. You will see Bald and Red Mountain and the beautiful yellow Aspens this time of year. The view of downtown Breckenridge especially at night is glorious! So many great restaurants and Octoberfest celebrations going on! Perfect place for any outdoor lover!
The home was everything as promised, and more! Four beautifully furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, etc. Great for the family.
