This flat is lovely! It's in a great location, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing locations -- gorgeous views from the street of the castle. Best of all, Maggie was quite helpful throughout the process and even recommended some favorite restaurants. We would recommend this to everyone.

Very disappointed. While we know this time of year is high season, the cost ($500 per night) for this unit was not worth it. Outdated.
Cons: very small unit (when the sofa bed was open couldn't even move round). The temperature control was not digital and very hard to control, the vaporizers did not work, kitchen light did not work and most lights were not controlled by wall switches. No GFI outlets in kitchen. Bed linens were scratchy and popped off during the night due to poor fit. Hot tub is very small maybe fit 5 of your closest friends, but nice and warm? No Wifi. Unit was not as advertised: described with amenities of new appliances; the only new appliance was the stove and on some sites (Vrbo and Tripadvisor) described amenities of pool and pool table, but not true.

This place would have been O.K. except for the raging party going on till well past midnight and started up again at 6 am. The condos are not by any means quiet. We moved to a new location in a different place.

VisitBreck was easy to work with and stocked the condo with a good supply of condiments. The condo afforded a comfortable and clean place to rest each evening, and the convenience of its location provided a place away from the traffic of town, yet within a fairly short walking distance of the shops.

Good location and easy walk. Free bus service across the street. Needs updating. Carpet everwhere, including bathrooms and kitchen. One small TV in a 2 bedroom place. 2 bathrooms was a nice feature. Outdoor hot tub close and fantastic. Large shared garage parking was nice.

Older decor. Tv from the 80's. Can hear the neighbors quite clearly and the place shakes when they move around above you. Hot tub was broken and not fixed in a reasonable time. Its low cost and definitely should stay that way. Must shuttle to the slopes. No way you can walk there.

This is the second year we have stay in this unit. Last year, the dishwasher didn't work - thankfully they did fix that. However, the disposal bearly works just like last year. The toilet seats need to be changed, there are three humidifiers - only one works and you really need all three - lots of bloody noses. We tried to have a fire one night but there wasn't any fire wood in the shed. Most of the outlets are loose and need to be replaced. The biggest problem was the unit (208) above had a party at 2:30 am (loud music, slammed doors, screaming). VisitBreck.com told us to call the cops if it happened again.
Overall the visit wasn't awful, but it could have been so much better with just a little expense.

4 of us stayed here for 5 nights. My only complaint was that the pull out couch was broken when we got there. I called in the evening and the next day someone came and replaced the entire guts of it. Other than that, it was what we expected and paid for. We were in Breck for Snowboarding and the place was wonderful. 4 blocks to mainstreet. The on-demand shuttle provided by VisitBreck was key. Call the number and the guy will pick you up whereever and take you wherever.

My family of six just spent an awesome Spring Break in Breckenridge. We have stayed in several condos over the years there and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others. It is just perfect for a cozy getaway in the beautiful mountains. It was well furnished and comfortable. There is a great sledding hill in the park that the kids will love. We purchased and left two sleds there we hope will stay with the condo.

As a side note, you will need extra towels for a stay longer than three days. Also, the sofa sleeper needed a little attention as it was not comfortable enough to spend more than one night on even for kids. While I wouldn't recommend walking to the slopes, there is the free shuttle that picks up and drops off across from the parking lot that will take you anywhere you want to go in town. Also, Breckenridge Accomodations offers a complimentary shuttle to and from any location. I also enjoyed the underground parking that kept my car from the weather. I would definatly vacation there again.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to village. Free shuttle to the slopes and town. Hot tub.

Cons: Unit is a little old and decor is dated. Had problems with the dishwasher, sleeper sofa, and electrical outlets (plugs kept falling out).

Great home for four. It is close to slopes
and town. Also, a walk to fun sledding hill.

Powder Ridge is ideally placed for those who want to ski every available minute and those who would rather take it gently! The layout of the condo is different from the kind of place we have in the UK but it is neat and clean and well serviced.

Our party of 5 was on the slope by 9:00 (some days) but were able to amble round the shops and enjoy the French cafe for a break. Everything is on your doorstep.

For those without transport the condominium is on the bus route to the lifts as well as being just a short walk from the town. Also it is a great place for children with the toboggan runs in the park next door.

We have stayed in Powder Ridge 3 times so far and each time the available amenities seem to have improved along with the resort.

I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge who wants to be able to have a choice of holiday....lively or quiet. Either way they will have a great time here.
