LOCATION – Winterpoint Townhomes are ideally situated close to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks away from the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle on Four O’Clock Road and the Blue River Plaza. It is just a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife.

AMENITIES – Enjoy this nicely decorated multi-level townhouse with a private heated garage complete with ski racks and benches for easy and convenient storage in the winter. The garage leads to steps up to the living area, which features a wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and a private patio with views of the mountains. Go up another flight of stairs to the dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar with three stools and a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

    A very short stroll to the 'village' ski area and a mere wander to everything else Breckenridge has to offer. A well appointed condo with everything you might want. Loved the good sized kitchen with everything we needed .. and of course the laundry! The check in was super simple .. As was check out.

    A short walk to the lifts and you can ski in, just don't miss the turn off or you'll end up almost on main street. Comfortable beds, good value for 2 bedroom/6 beds, not including a pull out couch. I would stay here again. Private heated garage is nice.

    We were very happy with the condo as a gathering place for friends. It would have been nice to have enough plates for our group of 8 though. And even though they list beds for 9, the pull out was so bad two people slept on the couch instead. Other than that it was a great location with great service.

    At the Winterpoint townhomes you get real space - a lounge which is not one of the bedrooms, a separate kitchen / diner, two large bedrooms with en-suite facilities - much more comfortable than the European apartments. The distance to the Snowflake lift and 4 o'clock run was <100m and the ski rental shop at Snowflake lift allows you to leave your boots and skis there overnight. It was ~ 10 minute walk to the restaurants which was quite pleasant. It was also possible to access the local WiFi which was essential for coping with the jet-lag!

    Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is walking
    distance to the Snowflake lift, easy access from skis run to the house
    and so close to the village making it a fantastic location. The house
    it accomodated all our needs and is much bigger than the photos show.
    Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and laundry and plenty of space.
    Highly recommended staying here and would love to return one day.

    garage was a nice convenience, as was the washer/dryer. It's an easy
    walk to the lift and 4 O'clock Run makes it easy to get home for lunch

    Location was amazing. Could walk to everything and anything requiring
    a drive was very short. The wood fireplace was the sole reason we
    booked this unit as our kids like s’mores, and helping build a fire.
    Ample wood in the garage.

    The pots and pans in the kitchen could be replaced as many had
    nonstick coating flaking off. Also, the downstairs toilet should be
    looked at as it struggle to flush several times.

    Overall great experience and a really good host as they messaged
    multiple times asking us if we needed anything.

    There was a lot to like about this unit, beginning with the short walk
    needed to be in downtown Breck. However, the unit was dusty,
    apparently not having had a through dee-cleaning for a long period.
    Both my wife and I experienced allergic reactions to the dust. The
    unit was well-furnished with kitchen equipment. It would have been
    helpful to have some cleaning supplies when we had a 21 day rental so
    we could just keep counters, table, etc. looking clean. We bought and
    left behind Tide, Glade, salt and pepper, napkins, etc. so the next
    renter did not have to add these essentials.

    for a successful family vacation. We had walking access to snowflake
    lift, downtown, and the community hotubs.

    Space was more than enough for a family of four- three adults and one
    teen. The home had everything we needed. The garage was great to fit a
    large SUV, and all our ski gear. Clean and well appointed.

    space, a well stocked kitchen (for anyone who enjoys cooking), ample
    heat, was quiet and private, had board games plus online
    entertainment, and snowflake lift was an easy few minutes walk. The
    decorating is outdated, if that matters to you, but the place was
    perfect for us! The management was prompt and attentive. We recommend
    and would gladly stay again.
