The property is in a very convenient location for walking to the slopes & into town . The home is cosy enough & very well laid out & the heated garage to store all your gear in ,was very welcome, although don't expect to be able to fit an SUV in it. Unfortunately we experienced a lot of technical problems during our stay...the gas fireplace , which was the main heating source for the living area did not work for the majority of the week & when the Visit Breck guys were kind enough to bring over space heaters , they tripped the electrics so then the TV & lights didn't work , & this happened a couple of times !
The Visit Breck staff were always very helpful & attentive in fixing the problems as soon as they could ,but ideally we shouldn't have experienced them in the first place !

Our family loved Wp22! Plenty of room, very clean, walkable to Snowflake & heated pool, ski-in, closed garage! Rental office was very responsive! We will for sure come stay here again!

1.We specificlly picked this unit because it was said to be "walk-in, walk out" convenient to the Snowflake lift and had wireless internet access. The unit is by No means walk out; you have to take a bus up the 4 oclock road to get to snowflake lift and the only way you can walk in is at the end of the day when you ski down past the sign to the snowflake lift and cut across some condos which will put you on the opposite side of 4 oclock road, which makes this unit no more convenient that anything in Breckenridge with free ride bus access. But the big deal was we found out after our return home that there was a fire in the unit last year (which no one told me about) which required a massive renovation of the unit during which the owner did not replace his internet access. He allegedly did not bother to tell the management company this, which was, who continued to advertise it as a unit with internet. The owner was clearly counting on the renters using the neighbors` unsecured internet, which was not available to us by our 3rd day.As I seriously injured my leg on my second day skiing, the lack of internet was a very big deal. I feel this owner was trying to save a buck and unfortunately we were the ones to be in the unit when that became apparent.
2. As late night check-ins, we received an information packet in the lock box with the keys. In this packet was a previous tenant/renter's credit card number and information pertaining to a Mr. Stuart B. from arlington Texas! All the elements in fact, that one would Not want to fall into a stranger's hands for fear of identity theft! Very, very bad customer service by who were beyond rude when this was addressed.

This unit is lovely. The living area and bedrooms are very spacious. The location is perfect for walking to town and the pool. Wonderful hiking trails are only a short drive. We so hope to be able to return next year.

The home was clean, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great, close to the snowflake lift, 4 o’clock run and the bus route. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I have used for our accommodations on our last two visits and will use them again in the future.

This townhome provided ample space for six adults and was located perfectly between the slopes and town. We never needed a car. The kitchen has everything you would need and the bedrooms are good sized. I would stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge where we stayed at Winterpoint 22. This condo was fantastic with room for one car, a floor with a large, new kitchen and spacious TV area. The two bedroom were up one level so privacy was great. The adults could stay up and watch TV and socialize while the children went to bed upstair and were away from the noise. One bedroom had a queen and bunk bed which slept our family of four very easily.

The walk to the Snowflake lift was reasonable and allowed for easy access to the mountain early in the ski day.

Overall we loved Winterpoint 22 and would absolutely stay there again!!
