The gourmet kitchen is well-appointed, offering professional Viking appliances and bar-seating for four. The dining area has seating for eight, allowing for easy entertaining. Outside, Falcon Haus has a heated deck, allowing guests to fully enjoy the hot tub, barbecue with gas grill, and amazing views.

The location of this Breckenridge Vacation home is ideal, only steps from the Gondola Mid-Station. In addition to the easy slope access, it is also only a mile from Main Street which has plenty of shopping, dining, and nightlife options. Falcon Haus is fully stocked with paper products ((paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Guests will be able to hit the slopes in the morning and enjoy après-ski activities in the evening.
