During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, booking-window and chaise-lounge policies do not apply. During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk opens in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests are available on lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
Rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days without interruption.

Important Resort Notices
Chairman's Club Event
The annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai from Monday, November 30 through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and certain amenities will be limited during this period. Resort access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact Hualalai Resort directly for the most current information.
Mitsubishi Electric Championship
Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. The event may result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
Ironman World Championship
During the Ironman World Championship in October 2026, with race day scheduled for October 10, significant road closures and traffic delays are expected throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. These closures may affect driving routes and travel times. Detours and traffic-control measures will be implemented during the event, and guests are encouraged to plan travel accordingly.
Beach Tree Pool Closure
The Beach Tree Pool at Hualalai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service throughout the project.
Guests who purchase access to the Hualalai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy the resort's other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the residence.
