Important Resort Notices
- Scheduled Resort Events: Access to Hualalai Resort amenities may be limited during major resort events, including the Chairman’s Club Event scheduled for November 30–December 5, 2026, and the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament scheduled for January 16–24, 2027. All access restrictions are determined by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact the resort directly for the latest information.
- Beach Tree Pool Closure: The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled to close temporarily from September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Eligible guests with resort access may use the other available resort swimming facilities, subject to current resort policies. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chairs.
- Seasonal Traffic Considerations: During major island events, including the IRONMAN World Championship, road closures and traffic delays may affect travel throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. Guests should review local traffic advisories and plan airport transfers and excursions accordingly.

- Resort access is subject to seasonal reservation and chaise lounge policies.
