The annual Chairman’s Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai. Access to the resort and its amenities may be limited during this period. All access restrictions are managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact the resort directly for the latest information.
Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027
The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament will take place at the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai. Resort access and amenity availability may be limited during the event. Guests should confirm current restrictions directly with Hualalai Resort.
Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15
The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled to close temporarily for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with eligible Hualalai Resort amenity access may continue to use the other available resort swimming facilities, subject to resort policies. The shoreline may also be enjoyed with personal beach chairs from the residence.
IRONMAN World Championship | October 2026
Significant road closures and traffic delays are expected throughout the Kona and Kohala areas during the IRONMAN World Championship, with race day scheduled for October 10, 2026. These closures may affect driving routes and travel times. Guests are encouraged to monitor local traffic advisories and plan transportation accordingly.
Resort event schedules, access restrictions, and facility availability are determined by Hualalai Resort and may change without notice.
Hualalai Resort Access & Seasonal Fees

Resort access and on-property reservation policies vary by season:
- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on designated lawns and beaches, as directed by Pool Operations.
- Rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break.
