To ensure a comfortable and seamless stay, please note the following property details:
- Property for Sale: The property is currently listed for sale. The property manager will coordinate any necessary showings with guests at a mutually convenient time.
- Air Conditioning: Split-system AC is available in the bedrooms only. The living and dining areas do not have AC.
- Parking & Garage: The garage is not available to guests. Ping pong equipment and beach items are stored in the garage. Parking is available in the driveway only.
- Exterior Surveillance: Security cameras monitor the exterior of the property.
- Pool Heating: Pool heat is not included in the rental rate and is not provided automatically. If available, pool heating requires an additional daily charge and must be requested at least two weeks before arrival.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Reservations of 10 nights or more require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking and will be coordinated by the customer support team.
