Town House

Just as the name suggests, Town House (TOW) is a comfortable, residential-feeling base right in the heart of town. The newly built apartment has an enviable location in the heart of Gustavia’s harbor. The luxury rental property looks out at the comings and goings of the yachts in the marina, and it also has unusually convenient access to many of St. Barths’s best restaurants and boutiques, as well as supermarkets and other necessities. Just below it, there are a new patisserie shop and a deluxe grocery store.

At night, the view is also outstanding. The city lights and glowing sky are enchanting.

Town House has a restrained, refined design that’s marked by clean lines and subtle colors. At the same time, if feels warm and cozy. In one of the bedrooms, a stunning painting by renowned French fashion designer and artist Jean-Charles de Castelbajac adds visual interest and style.

With three fairly equal bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms, Town House is a good apartment for couples to share. Throughout, it’s furnished for relaxing, enjoying sunset cocktails, and dining in the open air. Even though all the fun of St. Barth is just a few steps away outside, it is still a good apartment for celebrating the island lifestyle on the premises. Town House is on an upper level the building and is accessed by an exterior staircase. Inside, the open floor plan puts the cozy living area and the sleek kitchen, with its breakfast bar that seats six, at the front of the apartment, facing the harbor.

The living rooms opens onto a sunny balcony with city views. But the real treat of the apartment might be the hidden back terrace. That is where you can find the swim-spa (a combination of a swimming pool and a jacuzzi), a great spot to enjoy sunny days and warm evenings.

The three bright and spacious bedrooms are in the back and they open onto an interior corridor. These bedrooms are simple but comfortable, with warm-toned wood and soothing natural light, with ample storage.
