LOCATION – This private home is located in the Christie Heights neighborhood off of Ski Hill Road. The Breckenridge Connect Gondola is located close by and will take you to Peak 7 & Peak 8 or down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. Just a short walk away is the Breckenridge Nordic Center which provides numerous trails for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. The trails to the Gondola are accessible in the summer months only.

All properties are stocked with:

• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Our group really enjoyed staying in this house for the Mardi Gras break. It is actually the finest skiing accommodation I've ever stayed in - and I've stayed in a bunch. Our group included four adults & four children between 5 & 7. We didn't use one bedroom so at least two more could have been added to our party. The house is two levels and spacious with a second living room downstairs which allowed our group to "spread out" so we weren't on top of each other. Although the photographs of Sunrise are beautiful, the house exceeded our expectations. It is larger than we thought it would be. We had friends over for dinner and the kids "disappeared" to the downstairs living room. Clearly the Owner and their Architect spent a lot of time together during design of the house as everything is in the right place. This is not a spec. house, the kitchen is well stocked with all the right tools equipment, finishes such as plumbing fixtures, door hardware, appliances, etc. are high-end, and the Sonos system was great. Hot tub, fire pit and gas grill all were used and worked fine. We arrived to a clean house with all equipment and appliances working like new. The neighborhood is quiet and the views from the kitchen/living area are magnificent. Transportation to and from Peak 8 base is easy enough. The shuttle stop is approximately 250 yards away (flat walk). Town is a shuttle ride from the same stop. Shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes, although we found them to be inconsistent - particularly at night. Buses and cabs in Breck are not what you would expect. For the price, it's hard to imagine a better value than Sunrise. If and when we return to Breck we'll stay here.
This house comfortable slept 9 (6 adults, 3 kids). The views are fantastic. The fire pit and hot tub were perfect after a day of hiking. Can't say enough good things about this property

This is absolutely the best house we have stayed in any location! The pictures are gorgeous and the furnishings and experience were even beyond expectations. It was in a super location for us. Fantastic views and easy walk to town. For future trips to Breck, this will be our only choice!

This home has it all and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our 11 day stay here. The views from every room are spectacular and the home is immaculate and well-appointed. The location is perfect and we could easily walk into downtown Breck, walk up to Peak 8 and take beautiful hikes right outside the house.
