LOCATION – Double Eagle B12 is located right off of the Lower 4 O'clock Run and it sits about a block from Park Avenue on 4 O'clock Road. If you walk three blocks towards town, you will be standing on Main St. with countless shops and restaurants to meet any craving you can think of. Walk a block up from Double Eagle and you will find yourself sitting on the Snowflake lift, heading up Peak 9. After you are done skiing you can literally ski right up to the back porch. It cannot get much easier than that!

AMENITIES – This comfortable two-bedroom is well-equipped to sleep six people. It includes two queen bedrooms as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living area right in front of the gas burning fireplace. Additional amenities include a full eat-in kitchen, a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs, DVD players and high speed internet. If you love a good cook-out, this condo comes equipped with a large slope side deck with gas grill! After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

All properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)

We had two couples stay at this property. We really enjoyed the coziness of the place. The entrance was plenty of space to drop all of our ski stuff off, the upgraded kitchen was nice and the living room was so comfortable with enough space to relax. The rooms were a tad small with little storage, but we made due! The location was prime - we walked to most of the restaurants and the Snowflake ski lift was only a block up the hill from the condo. Being able to ski in on the 4 O-Clock was ideal too and the hot tub was right around the corner! We would definitely return. The property management company was very communicative and was nice to have quick access to them via text.

The location is great, love the back deck looking right over 4 o'clock run, and the walk up to snowflake lift isn't bad at all. The unit has a great vibe.. good blend of updated and maintaining a cozy mountain theme.

We stayed at DoubleEagle B12 for a week skiing Breck, Keystone, and Vail during our son's spring break. The location was great! The lift was a very casual walk less than 5 minutes (in ski boots), and the uphill was very slight. The walk into town in the evening was equally convenient. Ski-in at the end of the day was truly within feet of the door. While other reviews have commented on the small bedrooms, there is a dresser in the common room for clothes and lots of hooks in all the rooms to compensate. Plenty of room for your skis and boots in the entryway, and a nice bench to use. Bathrooms had plenty of towel racks (and more hooks!). And if you want to stay in to make meals, this had to be the best equipped kitchen of any condo I have stayed in. The new appliances were very high-tech. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very nice with a thoughtfully organized use of the space. The kitchen had been updated and looked great and functioned well. Close enough to Snowflake lift and the downtown. No concerns from anyone in our group.
