Important Resort Information
Access to Four Seasons Resort Hualalai amenities requires the purchase of optional Daily Resort Fees, which are paid directly to the Resort and are not included in the rental rate. Resort participation is optional and may be selected for one block of consecutive days (minimum two days), rather than the entire stay, if desired. All registered residential rental guests within the reservation must opt in or out together.
Current Resort Guest Fees are seasonally adjusted and calculated per person, per day:
• Infants (ages 0–4): Complimentary
• Children (ages 5–13): $36–$112 per day, depending on season
• Adults (ages 14+): $72–$224 per day, depending on season
Resort services, amenities, fees, policies, restaurant reservations, and guest access are administered exclusively by Four Seasons Resort Hualalai and remain subject to change without notice. Access to certain amenities may be modified or limited during local events, peak holiday periods, or other operational circumstances. No refunds or discounts are provided for temporary Resort limitations.
Central air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided throughout the villa for year-round comfort. Mandatory mid-stay housekeeping applies to reservations of 14 nights or longer. This residence is professionally managed and is a licensed short-term vacation rental.
