Annual Chairman's Club Event | November 30–December 5, 2026
The annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. Access to the resort and its amenities will be limited during this period. Resort access is managed entirely by Hualālai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact the resort directly for current details.
Annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027
The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. Access to resort amenities may be limited during the event. Please contact Hualālai Resort directly to confirm availability and access policies.
Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15
The Beach Tree Pool will be temporarily closed for repairs and enhancements during this period. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests who have purchased an eligible Hualālai Resort amenities package may use the resort's seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chairs, subject to applicable beach access rules. Please confirm the relevant year's closure dates and current arrangements with the resort before travel.
IRONMAN World Championship | October 9, 2027
Extensive road closures in the Kona and Kohala areas may affect traffic and driving routes during the event. Guests traveling during this period should allow additional time for transportation and monitor local traffic guidance for alternative routes.
Hualālai Resort Access & Daily Fees
Resort amenities are not automatically included with the villa rental. Guests who wish to use eligible Hualālai Resort facilities must arrange resort access and pay the applicable daily fees directly to the resort. Resort Reservations & Access Policies
- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.
