Important Resort Notices & Seasonal Information
Annual Chairman’s Club Event
The annual Chairman’s Club Event is scheduled at the Four Seasons Resort Hualālai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. Access to resort facilities and amenities may be limited during this period. All access decisions are managed by Hualālai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact the resort directly for the latest information.
Mitsubishi Golf Tournament
The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament is scheduled for January 16–24, 2027. Resort access and amenities may be limited during the event. Guests should contact Hualālai Resort directly for current details.
Beach Tree Pool Closure
The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled to close temporarily from September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests who have purchased the Hualālai Resort amenities package may use the resort’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. The shoreline may also be enjoyed with a personal beach chair from the villa. Guests should confirm current arrangements directly with the resort.
IRONMAN Race – October 9, 2027
Extensive road closures throughout the Kona and Kohala areas may affect traffic and driving routes during the IRONMAN Race. Alternative routes and traffic diversions may be implemented to accommodate the event. Guests traveling during this period are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional time for transportation.
Hualālai Resort Access & Fees
Daily resort access fees apply to rental guests who wish to use Hualālai Resort amenities. These fees are paid directly to the resort and are not included in the villa rental rate. The following rates and date ranges are provided for the 2027–2028 season; guests should confirm applicable charges and access policies with Hualālai Resort before arrival.

Resort Reservation & Access Policies
Hualālai Resort applies additional policies to resort access and on-property reservations during its busiest seasons:
- Shoulder and Peak Seasons: Booking-window and chaise lounge policies do not apply during these periods, according to the supplied resort guidelines.
- Peak of Peak Season: Rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
- Festive Season: A dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons: Chaise lounges for residential and rental guests are available on lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
- One-Time Resort Access Election: Rental guests are provided one opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, with no breaks in between.
