Important Resort Notices
Please note that Hualālai Resort hosts several annual events that may affect resort operations and guest access.
- The annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to certain resort amenities may be limited. Access policies are determined exclusively by Hualālai Resort and may change without notice.
- Each January, Hualālai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship, which may result in temporary modifications to guest access and resort operations.
- Guests visiting during October should also be aware that the IRONMAN World Championship is scheduled for October 10, 2026. Significant road closures and traffic delays are expected throughout the Kona and Kohala Coast regions during race week. Guests are encouraged to plan travel accordingly.
Resort Access Fees
Guests may elect to participate in Hualālai Resort's amenity access program for a minimum of two consecutive days. If selected, all members of the household must participate. Resort fees are paid directly to Hualālai Resort, which operates independently and reserves the right to modify rates and policies without notice.
