Resort access and daily fees
Guests who wish to use Hualālai Resort amenities must pay the applicable daily resort access fees directly to the resort. Access is subject to resort policies, seasonal restrictions, availability, and any applicable participation requirements. The resort may change its access policies or amenity availability at its discretion.
The following published fee schedule applies to the specified 2027–2028 periods. Rates are per person, per day, and are subject to confirmation directly with Hualālai Resort.

Resort access and reservation policies
- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the resort’s booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort-access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
- Rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without breaks in between.

Scheduled resort events and amenity updates
- Chairman’s Club Event: November 30–December 5, 2026. Access to Hualālai Resort and its amenities will be limited during this period.
- Mitsubishi Golf Tournament: January 16–24, 2027. Access to the resort and its amenities will be limited during this period.
- Beach Tree Pool closure: September 8–November 15, for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with a purchased Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy the resort’s seven other swimming facilities. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chair from the villa.

IRONMAN World Championship road closures
On October 9, 2027, the IRONMAN race is expected to result in extensive road closures around Kona and the Kohala areas. Traffic patterns and driving routes may be affected, and alternative routes or diversions may be implemented. Guests traveling during this period are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional time for transportation.
