• During the IRONMAN World Championship (October 10, 2026), road closures and traffic delays across Kona and Kohala may affect travel times.
• Daily resort fees apply for access to Hualalai amenities and are paid directly to the resort after booking. A minimum participation of two consecutive days is required for all guests in the party.
• Resort fees vary by season and are subject to change without notice.
• Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to reservations of 14 nights or longer.
