Good to Know
Guests should be aware of the following important notices and seasonal considerations:
• The Four Seasons Resort Hualālai will host the annual Chairman's Club Event from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, resort and amenity access may be limited and is managed exclusively by Hualālai Resort.
• Each January, Hualālai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship, resulting in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed for repairs and enhancements from September 8 through November 15. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open, and guests with resort access may enjoy the resort's seven additional swimming facilities. Shoreline access remains available.
• During the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), significant road closures and traffic delays are anticipated throughout Kona and Kohala. Guests are encouraged to plan transportation accordingly.
