• During the IRONMAN World Championship (October 10, 2026), road closures and traffic delays across Kona and Kohala may affect travel times.• Daily resort fees apply for access to Hualalai amenities and are paid directly to the resort after booking. A minimum participation of two consecutive days is required for all guests in the party.
• Resort fees vary by season and are subject to change without notice.
• Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to reservations of 14 nights or longer.
