Important Resort Notices
• Each December, Hualālai Resort hosts its annual Chairman’s Club event. During this time, access to select resort amenities may be temporarily modified at the discretion of the Resort. Guests should contact Hualālai Resort directly for current access details.• Each January, Hualālai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. This event may also result in temporary adjustments to resort amenity access, managed entirely by the Resort.

• Please be advised that during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), there will be significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. These closures may impact driving routes and travel times during your stay. Detours and traffic control measures will be in place to accommodate the event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend planning your travel accordingly.• Hualalai Resort Access: Daily resort fees apply for guests who wish to access Hualalai Resort amenities. These are paid directly to the Resort and are not included in the rental rate.
