The villa sits within the Ka‘Ulu community at Hualalai Resort and is within walking distance of the nearby Waiulu community pool, hot tub, and barbecue area. Nearby beaches and attractions include the crystal-clear waters of Maniniʻowali Beach (Kua Bay) and the secluded white sands of Makalawena Beach. The lively town of Kailua-Kona is also just a short drive away for local markets, cafés, and oceanfront dining.Resort Access & Seasonal Notices
- Access to amenities at Hualalai Resort is optional and requires daily resort fees paid directly to the resort. Guests must opt in for a minimum of two consecutive days, and all members of the household must participate.
- Each December the resort hosts its annual Chairman’s Club event, and each January the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai takes place. During these events, select resort amenities may have modified access or availability.
